The ground floor has a 36ft by 18ft swimming pool with a covered roof, three guest rooms of 260 sq.ft each, a 210 sq.ft conference and meeting hall, car parking, a kids' play area and outdoor seating gazebos. The first floor has an approximately 1,000 sq.ft banquet hall, a restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating, and a deck overlooking the lake.

Three guest rooms and a working restaurant change what the place is for. You can use the land on a Saturday without having built anything, host people without a finished cottage, and let family stay over while construction happens.
